Position Summary:
We seek a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, drive client engagement, and support business growth. This individual will oversee campaigns, manage digital platforms, and collaborate across departments to align marketing with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote brand visibility and service awareness
- Lead content creation for email marketing, social media, website, and promotional materials
- Oversee digital campaigns, including SEO/SEM, social media ads, and Google Ads
- Analyze campaign performance, track KPIs, and report ROI to leadership
- Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and media contacts
- Plan and execute events, webinars, and community outreach initiatives
- Manage marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and measurable outcomes
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA is a plus)/jobs/apply
- 3–5 years of proven marketing experience (including team or project leadership)
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- Experience with branding, lead generation, and performance metrics
- Excellent organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in service-based industries (e.g., staffing, consulting, or healthcare)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Odoo, Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Knowledge of community engagement and nonprofit outreach (a plus)
